Check your email address
Use the address you registered with, even if your preferred contact email has changed. Look for your original welcome email if you are unsure which address you used.
Try signing in again and follow the instructions displayed by the app.
Still unable to sign in?
contact support with your account email and a description of the error you see. If you no longer have access to that email, explain this in your message so support can assist.
Do not send passwords or one-time sign-in codes.
