How to cancel
- Log in to the app with your registered email.
- Open any analysis tab, such as Face Analysis, and select the menu in the top-right corner.
- Go to Account Settings, then Premium Access.
- Scroll to the bottom and select Cancel plan.
- Follow the on-screen steps to complete cancellation.
What happens next?
Cancel before your next renewal to avoid another charge. You retain access for the remainder of your paid period. Cancellation does not automatically issue a refund.
