The $1.00 trial lasts 7 days. Unless cancelled before renewal, it converts to the rate you selected at checkout. Check your welcome email for your plan and upcoming charges.
The trial payment may appear as two $0.50 transactions. See Subscription Terms for the complete billing conditions.
Don’t recognize a charge?
contact support with your account email, the charge date and amount. Explain whether you believe it is a duplicate, an incorrect amount or an unauthorized payment so support can investigate.
Do not send full card numbers, passwords or verification codes. Read the Refund Policy for eligibility and processing details.
